We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of your purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Sale Items

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us at {contact@megadaraz.com}.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned product. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the item is received.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver directly, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. These are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
